Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability and robustness for future-proof systems.
- AI & ML Integration: Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into core product workflows.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate long-term vision into actionable technical specifications and sprint plans.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural bottlenecks before they impact the 2026 launch timeline.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype novel algorithms and interfaces that push the boundaries of current technology.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models in production environments.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think several steps ahead and anticipate the technological landscape of 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
