Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market landscapes using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through executive briefings and white papers
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author annual 'Future Horizons' report with 3-year predictive horizons
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predictive accuracy for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published work in futurist publications or industry journals
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategy
