Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines using Python and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Lead the architecture of 2026 Predictive Systems, focusing on accuracy, latency, and scalability.
- Optimize neural network models for real-time inference and edge devices.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architecture.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
