- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into R&D roadmaps
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit featuring industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
