Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams through ambiguous environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
