- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce actionable scenario-planning reports for market disruption preparedness
- Manage a portfolio of future-focused pilot projects with $2M+ budgets
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend extrapolation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., ACIF, WFS) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
