Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content (reports, whitepapers, keynotes) shaping industry discourse
- Integrate future insights into product development and corporate strategy cycles
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal signals affecting business ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and cross-functional teams
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTR, Strategic Foresight Group)
