Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption and market disruption
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work and societal transformation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development frameworks
- Advise executive leadership on existential risks and opportunities beyond 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems modeling, and strategic foresight methodologies
