Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their market implications
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ business trajectories
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Deliver compelling future-state narratives through executive presentations and stakeholder workshops
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 challenges
- Publish thought leadership on emerging trends and their strategic implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in corporate foresight, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and academic futurist communities
