Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends through 2026+
- Develop future scenario models and impact assessments for business units and R&D pipelines
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into roadmaps
- Curate and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Deliver executive briefings and white papers on disruptive forces shaping 2026 landscapes
- Champion future literacy across the organization through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business Strategy, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with futures frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
