Join Nexus Innovations as a visionary Senior Futurist to architect the future landscape of technology and society. We seek a strategic thinker who will lead our 2026+ roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations that will reshape industries. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor and creative foresight to guide our R&D initiatives and corporate strategy.
As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights from complex data streams. You'll influence executive decisions by translating future scenarios into strategic priorities, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop quantitative future scenario models using AI-driven forecasting tools
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech fusion, etc.)
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers
- Integrate foresight into product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and AI forecasting tools
- Published author in futurism or technology publications
- Experience with biotech, quantum, or neurotech domains preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) required
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
