Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify strategic opportunities and risks through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author quarterly trend reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
