As a key member of our Futures Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to navigate complex technological shifts, identify disruptive opportunities, and build resilient roadmaps for our global partners. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-economic trends to forecast industry impacts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state possibilities
- Produce strategic whitepapers and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and emerging market opportunities
- Design risk-mitigation strategies for technological disruption and paradigm shifts
- Present findings to executive boards and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis, scenario planning, or strategic innovation
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technological transformation
- Published research in foresight or innovation thought leadership
- Strong analytical framework development capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
