- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Author thought leadership on future-proof organizational resilience
- Advolve board-level stakeholders on disruptive paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainable transformation
