Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on emerging paradigm shifts
- Curate cross-industry innovation ecosystems and thought leadership initiatives
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through data-driven modeling and simulation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or transformational strategy implementations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex uncertainty
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
