Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology impact (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Produce foresight briefings for C-suite executives in Fortune 100 companies
- Design horizon scanning frameworks identifying paradigm shifts before market recognition
- Author thought leadership publications in top-tier futurist journals
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio testing emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures literacy methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist or technology journals
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of at least two exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term technology disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact foresight projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent
