- Develop and publish quarterly strategic foresight reports for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive technologies
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) for competitive positioning
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Build stakeholder narratives translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience presenting complex scenarios to C-level audiences
