- Develop scenario-based models for disruptive market shifts and competitive landscape evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and business strategy
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive frameworks for executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof technologies and sustainable business models
- Establish KPIs for measuring the organization's future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Maintain a dynamic trend radar tracking geopolitical, technological, and cultural inflection points
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or technology innovation with C-suite exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading initiatives or products
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS) preferred
