Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Architect R&D roadmaps for quantum-secure communication systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with product teams to integrate breakthrough technologies into enterprise solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor cross-functional teams in exponential technology adoption strategies
- Author white papers on the societal impact of 2026 technological inflection points
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ products)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act compliance)
- Publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/C++/Rust) and quantum SDKs
