Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of proprietary generative models, focusing on hallucination reduction and context retention.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Architect high-throughput inference pipelines using cutting-edge quantization and serving technologies (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM).
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement rigorous guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs align with global safety standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI agents into complex enterprise workflows seamlessly.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging paradigms such as Multimodal AI and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Language Mastery: Native fluency in Python and a strong command of English for prompt engineering and documentation.
