Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary generative models and fine-tuning strategies.
- Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and safety protocols.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in deep learning and NLP.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in designing and deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing research or shipping high-impact AI products.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
