Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4 architecture, Diffusion Models) for enterprise applications.
- Lead the full ML lifecycle from data curation and preprocessing to model training, fine-tuning, and deployment at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and continuous learning in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous research into novel architectures and algorithms to maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and safety standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
