Responsibilities
- Model Development & Optimization: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Generative AI models (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Architecture Design: Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search architectures to enhance model accuracy and context retention.
- Deployment & MLOps: Implement scalable CI/CD pipelines for model deployment, ensuring high availability and minimal latency in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Develop and enforce guidelines to ensure model fairness, reduce bias, and prevent hallucinations in AI outputs.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, experiment with novel architectures, and contribute to patentable innovations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a heavy focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Tools: Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
