- Document Management: Organize and digitize physical files to ensure easy retrieval for audits and reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within the public sector or a government-related environment.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to manage complex data sets and ensure zero errors in documentation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of drafting formal correspondence.
- IT Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government database management systems.
