Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of government data to inform strategic decision-making and policy development.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and city council members.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to streamline administrative processes and improve service delivery.
- Monitor legislative changes at the local, state, and federal levels to ensure compliance and adapt operational procedures accordingly.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive databases to track key performance indicators and program outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in government, public policy, or a related analytical field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., Tableau, R).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing high-level policy recommendations and budgetary proposals.
