Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of complex urban development projects and policy initiatives.
- Prepare and submit grant proposals to secure state and federal funding.
- Monitor strict compliance with city ordinances and state regulations.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and provide strategic feedback.
- Develop comprehensive reports for the City Council and Mayor's Office.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in government or public sector analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and statistical software (SPSS, R).
- Strong understanding of the California Public Records Act and open government laws.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and written communication skills.
