Responsibilities
- Analyze complex government data to support policy decisions and improve operational efficiency within the Houston district.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for government officials and the public.
- Coordinate inter-departmental initiatives to ensure seamless service delivery to Illinois residents.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Manage correspondence and public inquiries with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and timely responses.
- Oversee the maintenance of official government records and digital archives.
- Facilitate community engagement programs and public meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a government, public sector, or administrative role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government database systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government security clearance (if applicable).
