Responsibilities
- Manage official city records with meticulous attention to detail and compliance with municipal regulations
- Process complex permit applications and license renewals using city-specific software systems
- Serve as primary point of contact for public inquiries, providing accurate information with exceptional customer service

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of government or municipal administrative experience
