Responsibilities
- Process and verify pension benefit calculations for federal retirees with 100% accuracy.
- Manage a high volume of inquiries and cases during the assigned night shift.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, OPM guidelines, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits of pension records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Document all interactions and transactions in compliance with security protocols.
- Provide exceptional remote customer service to clients during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government pension administration, retirement planning, or actuarial support.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Strong working knowledge of FERS, CSRS, and Federal Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) regulations.
- Proficient in using government-specific case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration preferred.
