Responsibilities
- Research, write, and submit compelling grant proposals to private foundations, government agencies, and corporate sponsors
- Develop and maintain relationships with funding partners to ensure continuous support
- Analyze funding opportunities and align organizational needs with grant requirements
- Collaborate with program teams to develop impactful project narratives and budgets
- Manage grant application processes from research through final reporting
- Maintain accurate records of grant activities and compliance documentation
- Conduct post-award reporting and impact measurement for funded projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, Non-Profit Management, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of professional grant writing experience
- Proven track record of securing $500,000+ annually in grant funding
- Expertise in federal, state, and private foundation grant processes
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical abilities for budget development and program evaluation
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and grant management software
