Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end analysis and documentation of complex business requirements for critical IT projects.
- Design, develop, and implement secure information systems solutions that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity, data security, and user adoption.
- Conduct thorough testing, quality assurance (QA), and performance tuning to guarantee system reliability.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance metrics and troubleshoot complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party system integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, preferably within a government or large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and modern web technologies; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with strict deadlines.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance (if applicable).
