Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and network architectures.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government IT security standards.
- Conduct system performance analysis and recommend optimization strategies.
- Mentor junior staff members and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Certification such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or PMP is highly preferred.
