Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications and database systems to support agency operations.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and system specifications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and optimize existing workflows.
- Conduct system audits, performance testing, and provide detailed technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis, software development, or technical support.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise software environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain a State of Texas criminal history check and pass a drug screening.
