Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal cybersecurity standards, FISMA compliance, and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable software solutions.
- Manage project budgets and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop the technical skills of junior IT staff and interns.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in federal or civilian IT management.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Expert knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with federal acquisition regulations and IT procurement processes.
