- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to internal government agencies and staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT system administration or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and cloud technologies.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
