Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for mission-critical system outages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, analysts, and external vendors, to deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct code reviews, implement security best practices, and ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and IT staff.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent military/technical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or systems analysis.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary government security clearances.
