Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions and data systems.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations and cybersecurity standards.
- Mentor junior staff members and conduct technical training sessions.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis, development, or administration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within the public sector or government framework is highly preferred.
