Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT infrastructure and software solutions.
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with state and federal data privacy standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and hardware.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Analyze system performance data to optimize workflows and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify technology needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for stakeholders and auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT project management and systems administration.
- Proven expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization platforms.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Valid California Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
