Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime and system integrity.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data and systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal stakeholders.
- Lead projects related to system upgrades, software deployment, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to comply with federal standards (FISMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions for complex organizational challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited university.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in federal information systems or a related technical environment.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and federal IT security policies (e.g., NIST SP 800-53).
- Proficiency in network administration, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and virtualization technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
