Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data privacy regulations (FISMA, HIPAA) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to identify trends and anomalies in security-related data
- Document analytical processes and present findings to senior leadership through concise briefings
- Maintain data integrity across multiple federal systems and databases
- Support ad-hoc requests from federal partners within 24-hour SLA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience with federal data systems and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) or federal security protocols (e.g., CISSP)
- Demonstrated experience with geospatial data analysis and mapping tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Top Secret/SCI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting
