Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise-level web applications using modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- Project Management: Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Cybersecurity Compliance: Implement and enforce robust security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with state and federal privacy regulations.
- Code Optimization: Refactor legacy systems and write high-performance, scalable code to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and system maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, web development, or systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# with strong knowledge of backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring Boot).
