Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for enterprise-wide projects.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and city department heads.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with city standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular status meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the government or public sector.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Expert knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
