Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring strict alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in a government or public sector environment.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
