Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects, from conception to handover.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security specialists, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee the deployment of high-density 5G and Wi-Fi 7 networks across major venues.
- Ensure rigorous cybersecurity protocols and data privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Implement Agile methodologies to drive project agility and speed to market.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for high-stakes environments.
- Report on project milestones, budget utilization, and KPIs to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar advanced certification.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in large-scale events or government sectors.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and legacy system integration.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, and disaster recovery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt to rapid changes.
