Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for major IT infrastructure and software deployments.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to provide clear updates on project status and outcomes.
- Oversee the procurement process for technology vendors and third-party contractors.
- Ensure all projects comply with county policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the public sector.
- PMP or CAPM certification is required.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT initiatives and budgets.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
