Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the security and integrity of federal IT networks and systems.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across various agencies.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with NIST standards.
- Lead the deployment of hardware upgrades and software installations.
- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline IT operations and workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
