Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security standards (FedRAMP, FISMA), and agency policies.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior staff and engineers.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex network issues.
- Manage the full lifecycle of software applications, hardware assets, and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Participate in incident management and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or high-security government contracting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (Secret clearance may be considered).
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), virtualization, and network architecture.
- Experience with ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued Common Access Card (CAC).
