Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure for federal and state clients.
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures in compliance with NIST and FISMA standards.
- Conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure data integrity.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff and support teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable solutions for government applications.
- Ensure 24/7 availability and rapid response to critical system outages.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain Secret/Top Secret clearance).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing reporting.
