Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure, servers, and end-user devices during night operations.
- Monitor system health and performance, responding immediately to alerts and outages to ensure business continuity.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and security updates on Windows and Linux servers outside of peak business hours.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures to maintain knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to resolve complex technical escalations and ensure smooth handovers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
