Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 & 3 technical support for end-users, hardware, and software applications during the night shift.
- Monitor system performance, alerts, and logs to ensure 99.9% uptime for state services.
- Resolve complex technical issues, including network connectivity, printer troubleshooting, and OS configuration.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of on-premise and cloud-based systems.
- Document technical solutions and maintain a knowledge base for the support team.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration.
- Experience working in a Night Shift environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to obtain a state government security clearance.
